We’ve all heard coaches and athletes talking about how the top sportsmen and sportswomen put in those extra hours on the training field doing the hard graft behind the scenes, but without adequate facilities preparation is restricted and without preparation, performance is limited.
In anticipation of FIFA’s decision to expand the World Cup from 36 to 48 teams from 2026 onwards we have been working closely with governing bodies, sports ministries and corporates to develop world-class sports facilities that enable the national sports talent to take their game to the next level and in the long-run improve the performance of national teams. With qualification to the FIFA World Cup as the main prize, Redstrike is enabling nations to reach their sporting goals.

In November 2016 Redstrike successfully won a bid to carry out a full appraisal of the existing PVF (Promotion Fund for Vietnamese Football Talent) academy and its players in Hanoi. After a full review and analysis our team concluded and presented to the Vingroup, the driving force behind the academy, the new facilities and world class staff would be needed to take the Academy to the next level and provide the right training conditions for the players to develop.
Following this we were appointed on a multi-year consulting contract and with a new 60-acre site just outside Hanoi, construction of the facility began in January 2017.
Fast-forward just eleven months to November 2017 and Redstrike opened the brand new, state-of-the-art PVF Academy. Backed by the Vingroup, one of Vietnam’s largest conglomerates, the new PVF Academy accommodates 300 of the country’s best young footballers (U8-U21). Redstrike has placed European standard coaches, a groundsman and physio who all have relevant UEFA training badges.
Redstrike signed Ryan Giggs to the Academy where he is now Director of Football. In this role Ryan oversees the long-term development of the players; visiting x times a year to coach the young players.
Situated on the outskirts of Hanoi, the Academy is nestled in 60 acres of a new township.
The Academy is available for use by teams from around the world as a training base when in the region.Contact Us
